Cefco robber arrested by Belton Police Department

On April 24, 2013, the Belton Police Department arrested Nicholas Guarnieri III, 26, of Nolanville for the Aggravated Robbery of the CEFCO convenience store, 912 E. Central Avenue in Belton, which occurred on April 7, 2013. This arrest follows a comprehensive investigation by Belton detectives.

The investigation also led to Guarnieri and Kyle Henry Alexander, 24, of Nolanville being charged with Burglary of a Habitation in a separate Belton case. Guarnieri is being held in the Bell County Jail with bonds of $100,000 for Aggravated Robbery and $50,000 for Burglary of a Habitation. Alexander is confined in the Bell County Jail with a bond of $50,000.
