Speaker announced for J.A.I.L Ministry banquet

The annual J.A.I.L. Ministry banquet is scheduled for Thursday, October 13, 2016, at 6:15PM at the Bell County Expo Center in Belton. The keynote speaker is bestselling author and international speaker Carol Kent. Carol has authored over twenty books, including When I Lay My Isaac Down and Becoming a Woman of Influence.
She and her husband Gene founded the nonprofit organization, Speak Up for Hope, which benefits inmates and their families. According to Carol, “God can take a situation like ours and redeem it for His purposes. Our vision is to help inmates and their families adjust to their new normal.”
J.A.I.L. (Jesus Acts in Inmates’ Lives) Ministry is a not for profit ministry that provides services to Bell County Jail inmates, former inmates, victims and their families. The annual banquet is the major fund-raiser for the Ministry. Tickets to attend the banquet are $30 per person. All proceeds are used for sustaining and expanding the Ministry.
